What is a professional Career & Life Coach?
A Professional Career & Life Coach is a trustworthy guide, who can help you gain clarity in any life and career situation and support you in getting from where you are now, to where you truly want to be in a series of sessions. They can assist you in identifying what is holding you back from reaching your full potential in any area of your life, help you establish goals and a clear action plan on how to reach them, assist you in uncovering bad habits, removing them for good and creating healthier ones for future success. In addition, they can assist you in developing new routines, changing negative mindsets for more positive growth-oriented ones and help you move past procrastination and increase your motivation. Coaches take clients through a transformative conversation that will leave the client with reframed thoughts and attitudes, more optimism for the future, confidence to achieve their goals with positive outcomes and a more empowered feeling about their own abilities. Essentially, coaches provide a supportive non-judgmental space and take their clients through questions, steps and exercises to help them create what they want in their life, better understanding of how to deal with difficult situations and help them reach new heights. All sessions are completely confidential and a collaborative effort.
How is Life Coaching different from Therapy?
Although Life Coaching can often be therapeutic it is definitely not therapy. Coaching does not address psychological issues and is much more focused on where you are at currently and what you want to create now and in the future, whereas therapy focuses more on the past and emotional issues. That is not to say that a client can’t speak about or experience emotions during a coaching session, but the point is Life Coaching is more about helping clients develop healthy habits and skills, coping with current struggles, as well as identifying and realizing their goals than focusing heavily on past emotional traumas.
How long should a client work with a Life Coach?
I suggest that clients invest in an initial three-month Life Coaching program to experience the full benefits and lasting change they desire. At the end of this time, we can assess where you are at, what progress has been made and discuss possibilities for continued coaching sessions if the client wants to continue working together.
How can Life Coaching help?
Now this is big question and it really depends on why you decided to seek out a Life Coach in the first place. For example, if you’re wanting to work with a Life Coach for personal reasons, you can find one to help you improve your health and/or relationships and support you in replacing persistent negative behaviours with positive alternatives. However, if you’re looking for a Life Coach for professional reasons, they can help you learn to better manage your time, workload, interpersonal relationships with colleagues, make your day job more enjoyable, help you market yourself better, increase your motivation for work and improve your ability to manage your work tasks effectively. Overall, Life Coaching can help you live a more balanced and conscious life, allowing you to surpass your own personal limitations, become more efficient in reaching your goals and attain your full potential without letting fears get in your way.
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️)?
RTT®️ is a powerful therapy that allows the client to discover the root cause of their issue or suffering. Rather than focus on the current challenge or issue at hand, this therapeutic technique explores the origin of the behaviours and beliefs that caused the client’s issue today. Throughout an RTT® session, a number of unique tools are used to assist the client in gaining understanding in how and why their presenting problem was created and then facilitates a transformation that enables the client to release the issue they are facing and install new healthier and more beneficial beliefs in their subconscious mind.
Essentially, it’s a therapy that helps people create positive change in their thought processing and life, therefore ending negative self-talk. RTT® is a super therapy that combines the best of cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, traditional psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and neuroplasticity. It’s an evidence-based approach that enables clients to reframe their values, emotions, negative beliefs and habits, which may have been with the client since childhood, but was locked in their subconscious mind. Luckily, RTT®️ can give people freedom to move past their issues, all while creating new and improved neural networks in the mind.

It has been successful in helping clients with depression, obesity/weight issues, anxiety, infertility, fears and phobias, limiting beliefs, confidence issues, abuse, trauma, addictions, eating disorders, physical health issues and more. It’s no wonder it has won so many awards from the psychological associations. So regardless of what your issue may be, RTT® can help you surpass it and help you create the mindsets, beliefs, habits and life you truly want.
